It is recommended to\u00a0open first. This way you can manage your list first (delete any duplicates) or correct any\u00a0names\/addresses and spellings.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> <em>(Please note that to upload this list into your newsletter portal\u2014you must save in a\u00a0version of 97 or lower.
