That\u2019s right! Bottle, tube, or jar, if your customers are not completely satisfied after 60 days, they can send their product back for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Returned product must be received no later than 75 days after purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>How do my customers return product(s)<\/strong><strong>for exchange or refund?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You provide excellent customer service by handling returns and exchanges for your customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Since refunds directly affect commissions, should a customer contact the Home Office directly, they will be referred to their Consultant for refunds or returns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Once I send the form and product back, how\u00a0<\/strong><strong>long does it take for the refund\/exchange to\u00a0<\/strong><strong>reach my customer?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Once the return is received by pure haven, it will be processed. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show up on a statement. Exchanges can take 3-5 business days for Customers to receive once the return arrives at pure haven.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Important Notes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">An RMA# is required for all returns and exchanges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Refunds will only be issued to the credit or debit card attached to the order; we cannot refund via cash or a check.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exchanges exceeding the amount spent will be charged the balance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exchanges less than the amount spent will be refunded the difference.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Customers do not pay tax or shipping on exchanges unless full-priced items are added to the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">We do not accept in-person returns or exchanges at the Home Office building; all returns or exchanges must be mailed in per our policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Thank you for reviewing this process.
